Equilibrophone (2025)

Motorized rails with glass and other balls. Resonators of different sizes produce different pitches and timbres.

"A rubbing, also a whispering, almost a sigh, with which the balls are lifted from left to right and from right to left, balanced, back and forth.
Other arrangements are also conceivable: the curved track, coupled scales, seesaws throughout the space. As deterministic as the processes may seem, when compared closely one can see countless deviations, inertias, weight, and resistance."
